Horse Racing Simulation LLC Announces Thoroughbred Racing's Man/Woman Of The Year Contest
Horse Racing Simulation LLC, a leading developer and operator of horse racing games, announced today the creation of their Man of the Year Contest to identify the most influential person in the horse racing industry. Acceptance of nominees will begin on April 1, 2011

Horse Racing Simulation LLC, a leading developer and operator of horse racing games including their flagship site HorseRaceGame.com, home of Horse Racing Fantasy 3, the Internet's largest online social horse racing game and community, announced today its quest to find horse racing's most influential person. Horse Racing Simulation believes there are numerous individuals whose unselfish efforts on behalf of horse racing have gone far beyond their job requirements without being recognized for their true dedication to the sport of horse racing. Their efforts are those that support the industry, but more importantly, these individuals are dedicated to bringing horse racing back to the levels of popularity it enjoyed in previous years.
"There are individuals out there involved in horse racing who don't care as much about the paycheck as they do about dedicating their lives to the continued existence and success of racing," said Mike Calderone, CEO of Horse Racing Simulation. "Over the next six months, with the help of our 160,000-plus game and community members, we will identify, interview and then let our players decide who Horse Racing's Man/Woman of the Year is." That individual will be honored with a special plaque, a featured section in our community and an all-inclusive paid vacation for two to a Caribbean resort. This annual award will showcase each winner in a featured section of our website that will include a video interview and a biography of their dedication and work for the betterment of horse racing.
Nominees for this award will be determined by our community through an open submission program that will start on April 1, 2011. A selection committee will narrow the nominee list down to five candidates and the community members will then vote to decide who Horse Racing's Man/Woman of the Year is.
