PALM BEACH, FL, USA, December 21, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- EW Foundation Inc., a 501(3)(c) nonprofit, announced today its participation in the 10th Annual Festivals of Trees held at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach, Florida – December 2-14, 2016.

Thanks to loyal benefactors, the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens transcends into a winter wonderland every year for children and families. Adorned with themed Christmas trees sponsored by individuals and corporations, guests enjoy an extravaganza of holiday merriment, beginning with a kick-off Gala evening filled with lavish displays of food, wine and entertainment, and ending with a magical Children’s Gala.

Lifted from the pages of Ms. Neff’s adaptation of the book, Alice in Wonderland, EWF designed and decorated a “Tree of Character” for the Children’s Gala, which became a child favorite for holiday “selfies” and group photos.

Donning an eccentric Mad Hatter styled tree topper hat adorned with butterflies, peacock feathers and ribbons, EWF’s “Tree of Character” offered fantastically-oversized sunset-colored mushrooms among lavender moss, a polka dotted afternoon tea setting atop reading books, and iridescent “bubbles of wisdom” ornaments nestled on branches and labeled with core values of “Creativity”, “Respect”, “Honesty”, “Loyalty”, “Knowledge”, and others, which underscore the lessons offered in her latest book, “Sip Tea with Mad Hatter,” due to release next month. http://sipteawithmadhatter.com

For the Gala evening, EWF selected one of its ambassadors, Palm Beach Atlantic University senior vocal student, Anne-Marie Campbell. Miss Campbell studies under PBAU distinguished professor Marilyn Mims and performed heavenly renditions of “The Christmas Song” and “Let There Be Peace on Earth.”

Broadway and Opera Singer Jenene Caramielo gave a dazzling performance at the Children’s Gala of Disney’s theme song “Frozen” and instantly melted the hearts of children as they rushed to encircle her on stage. http://www.jenenecaramielo.com

About Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens – Festival of the Trees

The Festival of Trees at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens is one of the holiday season’s premier events for adults and children. This year’s theme Celebrating Design through the Decades will illuminate the importance of design throughout history and the great context it brings for the culture and temperament of the times. The two acres of ANSG are transformed into a winter wonderland featuring more than 25 professionally decorated trees sponsored by area patrons and businesses. Interior designers, artists, and florists volunteer their services and work together to interpret the annual theme, cleverly dress the trees, and carry the storyline through vignettes staged around each tree. Each evening, visitors enjoy choral, instrumental, dancing and theatrical performances offered by more than 20 local elementary through university school groups. A dazzling light and music show illuminates two of Ann Norton’s monumental sculptures as it reflects into one of several ANSG ponds.
