Embrace the holiday spirit in Calistoga with family fun December 2 & 3

CALISTOGA, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, November 8, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- On Dec. 2 & 3, Calistoga transforms into a winter wonderland filled with fun activities to be enjoyed with friends and family. Festivities begin Friday evening on Dec. 2, when retail shops and tasting rooms along the downtown main street stay open until 8 p.m. as part of Holiday Village. Downtown tasting rooms will offer locally-baked gingerbread cookies/Calistoga wine pairings and retail shops will showcase their holiday décor and specials.

On Saturday, Dec. 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Calistoga Christmas Faire at the Napa County Fairgrounds will offer a day filled with holiday festivities, including breakfast with Santa, horse and carriage rides between Calistoga Farmers Market and Christmas Faire, as well as shopping for artisan-made or home-crafted gifts from various vendors on-site— all while taking in the sights, sounds (carolers) and scents of the season! The festivities culminate with the much-anticipated 21st annual Calistoga Lighted Tractor Parade that runs down Lincoln Avenue from 7-8 p.m.

Be dazzled by the whimsical sights and sounds as 60 unique tractors, floats and farm equipment dance down Main Street under falling “snow”.
