FBI is working with top cop turned DA, Preet Bharara of (SDNY) takes over from corrupt department of Justice to prosecute Clintons and drain the swamp.

WASHINGTON DC, DC, U.S.A., November 3, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The FBI has an open investigation into the Clinton Foundation- headed by Sothern District of New York (SDNY.) Furthermore, The Non Generation Movement (NGM) has filed a complaint regarding the corruption of the Department of Justice (DOJ) in relation to the Clinton Foundation to the United Nations Commission of Human Rights.
Author and NGM rep, Dr. Chris Tingle, states that the Anthony Weiner emails have added fuel to the trifecta of Clinton investigations - the Clinton Foundation pay to play scheme, the private server propriety, and the exposing of classified information.
The Clinton Foundation pledged to Obama they would clear any foreign donations with the State Department before Clinton became the Secretary of State. And yet they didn't clear a $500,000 donation from the government of Algeria in 2010, which is why their pledge to stop taking foreign and corporate donations if Hillary Clinton cannot be taken seriously - and there are many other such misbehaviors.
Preet Bharara and the FBI have launched an investigation to determine whether Hillary is guilty of corruption.
Unlike the FBI, U.S. Attorneys such as Bharara do not come under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. And Bharara’s prosecutorial aggressiveness has resulted in a large number of convictions of banks, hedge funds and Wall Street insiders.
Why has someone delegated the investigation of the Clinton Foundation to the State office of Southern District of New York (SDNY,) rather than the DOJ, or the suspect Eastern District (EDNY) office form where Loretta Lynch rose to become a friend of the corrupt?
This investigation of the Clinton Foundation turned the head of author, Chris Tingle because he has made the outstanding career of the prosecutor, US Attorney, Preet Bharara from SDNY a subject of his new book, Drain the Swamp.
Tingle says, “The prosecutor made a great name for himself in the midst of the financial crisis by acting on fraud and public corruption cases. He's taken down Bernie Madoff associates, state senators and a New York Assembly speaker and forced big banks to pay large fines.”
Tingle adds, “Clearly, that is why the FBI wanted to move the prosecution to Preet Bharara’s office. The SDNY has jurisdiction over Wall Street corruption and has a tradition of relative independence from the Justice Department and a well-earned reputation for pursuing political-corruption cases aggressively. — a reputation burnished by U.S. attorney Preet Bharara’s prosecutions of prominent politicians from both parties (although some prosecutions are still dragging on.)
Tingle claims the Foundation probe started over a year ago and was looking into “financial crimes” and “influence peddling.” He says the FBI received notification from a bank of suspicious activity from a foreigner who had donated to the Clinton Foundation.
Three separate regional branches of the FBI made multiple requests of the Obama’s Justice Department to launch a full investigation into possible criminal activities at the Clinton Foundation. All requests were summarily rejected by Attorney General Loretta Lynch…who has turned a blind eye to Clinton wrong-doings since her infamous tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton in Arizona.
Well now it looks like the FBI is not willing to take “no” for an answer because the bureau has now launched their own probe into the Foundation — using U.S. Attorneys from SDNY instead of DOJ attorneys.
The investigation will probe connections between the State Dept. and the Clinton Foundation, the alleged, massive “pay-to-play” scheme between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department, and possible violations of Federal law. D.A. Bharara recently told Diego Rodriguez, the assistant director in charge of the FBI's New York Field Office, that his U.S. Attorney's office has collected damning information from witnesses, including a former Clinton Foundation employee.
Journalist Ed Klein spoke to three federal employees that worked closely with Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State. "They overheard her talking on the phone to a donor," Klein explained. If true, Clinton's actions would be a violation of a "memorandum of understanding" she signed, in which she promised to the Obama administration that she would not to engage in business connected to the foundation.
These witnesses will testify that Hillary granted quid-pro-quo favors to foreign governments and businessmen as well as to American corporations and wealthy individuals in exchange for huge cash contributions to the Clinton Foundation.
Prosecutor, Preet Bharara, is reported in Tingle’s book as securing convictions of prominent political figures, including former New York Democrat State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Republican Majority Leader Dean Skelos for corruption.
FBI agents have continued probing the foundation for over a year using ‘methods that did not require Justice Department approval.’
Bharara's pursuit of insider trading cases beginning in 2009 earned him a Time magazine cover and the title of 'top cop' to Wall Street.
Preet Bharara’s history in relation to prosecution of the Wall Street Wolves is summarised in Tingle’s book, “Drain the Swamp.”
Bharara was surprisingly recommended for his post by Chuck Schumer, Wall Street's favorite senator.
Addressing a NY conference of Wall Street lawyers and the corporate corrupt in 2010, Bharara humorously said, “I want to first say how pleased I am to be here,” Bharara responded. Then, addressing D.A. Mary Jo White, he added, “You've spawned all of us. … She hired me as assistant U.S. attorney. So thank you, Dr. Frankenstein,” he said. “We've done a real service to the country, to the financial community, and not to mention a lot of your law practices.”
Haw! The line drew snickers from this conference of millionaire lawyers who represented many of the instigators of the 2008 Financial Crisis.
That the ‘top cop’ United States Attorney's office in the Southern District of New York is chasing the case could spell particular trouble for the Clintons. Movie offer rumored
