ImmuCell to Raise $3.5 Million in Private Placement
/EINPresswire.com/ -- PORTLAND, ME--(Marketwired - October 18, 2016) - ImmuCell Corporation (NASDAQ: ICCC), a growing animal health company that is developing, manufacturing and selling products that improve health and productivity in the dairy and beef industries, today announced it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional and accredited investors for the private placement of approximately $3.5 million of ImmuCell's common stock.
Pursuant to the terms of the private placement, ImmuCell has agreed to sell an aggregate total of 659,880 shares of common stock at a price of $5.25 per share to outside investors. No warrants were offered in connection with this transaction.
The closing of the private placement offering is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC is acting as exclusive placement agent in connection with the offering. Further information regarding the private placement can be found in the Current Report on Form 8-K that will be filed by ImmuCell with the SEC.
