Steve Chiama of Action Coach Western Fairfax to be Featured on CUTV News Radio
Steve Chiama is a certified business coach and founder of Action Coach Western Fairfax, where he provides advice, coaching and mentoring services to small and medium-sized businesses.
“The reason I chose Action Coach is its vision of world abundance through business re-education,” says Chiama. “Personally I find that to be an extremely inspiring vision, something that has a real benefit to the community. I have a passion for helping businesses grow and become profitable so the business owner can enjoy the lifestyle they desire.”
Chiama says many of the business owners he has met are craftsmen in one form or another; they know their craft but don’t have a real understanding of business and how their business can help them to achieve the lifestyle they want. The re-education process offers a framework to measure their progress and achieve their goals.
“Most business owners walk into this relationship with the belief that they are the business,” explains Chiama. “They believe their identity is the business, but a business is an asset like a house or a car. The owner is a person with a life. The ones who get that are the ones who succeed.”
Chiama says his clients all share a desire to be better at what they’re doing, to do something for their families, and to learn how to achieve. Like a board of directors, Chiama is there to ask the sanity check questions. It’s taking them out of the dialogue in their head.
“There’s a sign in my office that reads: ‘This is an action zone. Not a think-about-zone,’ says Chiama. “It helps them get a sense of what we’re trying to do here.”
Action Coach Western Fairfax can help you deliver the results you desire using proven tools, methodologies and systems, tested and perfected over tens of thousands of businesses worldwide for over more than two decades.
Says Chiama: “I’m most proud of the people I see click and take their inspiration for their business way beyond wherever they thought it could have been previously.”
CUTV News Radio will feature Steve Chiama in a two-part interview with Jim Masters on October 19th and with Doug Llewelyn on October 26th at 12pm EDT.
