Gazprom and Snam discuss potential areas of cooperation in gas sector

A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Marco Alvera, Chief Executive Officer of Snam, took place today in St. Petersburg.

The meeting participants discussed the future development of the European gas infrastructure and potential areas of cooperation.

Background

Italy’s Snam specializes in the construction of gas transmission facilities and their integrated management, as well as natural gas transportation, storage, regasification and marketing.
