US Breaks Into Top 10 for First Time

The 3rd Quarter Ranking of the World’s Best Education System, has been released by NJ MED, a member of the UN's NGOs Department of Economic and Social Council

CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY, USA, October 3, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- South Korea, followed by Japan leads the 4th Annual World Top 20 Education Poll ranking of 200 nation’s education systems. The Rankings are based on early childhood enrollment for children 3 to 4, primary and secondary education scores in Math, Science and Reading, and the graduation rates of upper and post-secondary students.

This year’s third quarter ranking show the US moving into its highest ranking, 11th, since the poll was designed by the New Jersey Minority Educational Development (NJ MED) organization, a member of the United Nation’s NGOs Department of Economic and Social Council.

NJ MED’s CEO, Albert Mitchell II said, “This quarter ranking shows Russia replacing the United Kingdom has the number three nation in this year’s poll. With the United States only ten points away from moving into the top 5.”

Mr. Mitchell added, “So far, 2016, is the most competitive year, between countries ranked 3 to 8, and 11 to 14, into making the Top 5 and reaching the Top 10 positions. Went we get the final results from each country’s Department of Education, will know how relevant the poll is becoming, in challenging nations to improve their educational systems. And who is the true winner every child.”
