Barfresh Completes Financing Round

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Barfresh Food Group, Inc. (OTCQB:BRFH), a manufacturer of frozen, ready-to-blend beverages announced that it has raised $2.3 million in a private placement of equity securities. In accordance with the terms of this private placement, the Company is issuing 3,593,754 shares of common equity at a price of $0.64 per share.  The transaction also contains warrant coverage of 50%, exercisable for a term of 5 years at $0.75 per share.
