Bringing together the light of Asian civilizations, The Asia Pacific Youth Dialogue successfully concludes
The forum was co-organized by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, the Chengdu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and Perfect World Education & Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. It received full support from organizations including the Global Youth Leaders Laboratory, Taihe Global Institute and Beijing China Today International Culture Development Co., Ltd. It is a demonstration of a growing sense of social responsibility on the part of businesses and civil groups in China.
At the forum, young people in Asia exchanged ideas, forged profound friendships, and enhanced their spirit of mutual trust and learning. As Vice President of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Mr. Zeng Yong said at the closing ceremony, the participants showed the vitality of youth and demonstrated their sense of social responsibility and mission to promote Asia-Pacific culture and civilizations during the enthusiastic and frank discussions. The forum left us with a deep impression.
According to the forum organizers, the Asia Pacific Youth Dialogue could become a permanent event to promote cultural exchanges in Asia. It could be hosted across Asian countries on a regular basis, so that it can make a greater contribution to promoting exchanges and mutual learning between young people, and help to form a united Asian or even global force and forge a community of shared destiny for all humankind.
