Governor Cuomo's Justice Center is a fraudulent whitewash entity, keeping reported deaths from County elected District Attorney’s and Medical Examiners

DELMAR, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Acting Executive Director of Governor Cuomo’s Justice Center abuse and death hotlines, Jay Kiyonaga, has directed the internal investigations of deaths and almost all negligent deaths are covered-up. Governor Cuomo’s Justice Center was set up to continue to cover-up the vast majority of witnessed and reported crimes and deaths. Governor Cuomo has taken no significant actions to stop or prevent the staggering numbers of deaths of the disabled, or stop the internal investigations and the criminal cover-ups of almost all negligent deaths. New York State’s mental health care system remains extremely dangerous and deadly as a direct result of this gross incompetence. Staggering numbers of deaths continue throughout New York State as 11-12 people with disabilities or those struggling with mental illness are dying on average every day in these unsafe facilities and group homes.

Both Governor Cuomo and Attorney General Schneiderman continue to allow provider agencies to bypass calling 911 and all local authorities. This insanity and discrimination must be stopped now and federal investigations and intervention must swiftly happen to stop this horrific discrimination and the criminal cover-ups of staggering numbers of deaths. New York State is operating lawlessly and without regard to the safety, health or lives of people with disabilities. These individuals literally have no chance of resuscitation if 911 is not immediately called when they are in medical distress. How most deaths literally disappear and are covered up starts with initially bypassing the 911 emergency call centers. As everyone is aware, the 911 emergency call systems were set up and put in place to assist and protect everyone, not to negate the disabled or any specific group of people. Top New York State leaders apparently think covering up deaths of our most vulnerable is just fine, but it is obviously not fine and it must be stopped. Bypassing local police, bypassing County elected District Attorney’s, bypassing New York State laws and bypassing Medical Examiners and Coroners, regarding large numbers of deaths of people with disabilities speaks clearly of wide-scale discrimination and criminal cover-ups. Many of these precious people are dying extremely young in known unsafe facilities and group homes and have no diagnosed terminal illness. Currently, most deaths, are purposefully kept from local police and County Elected District Attorney’s by this State agency operated by Governor Cuomo which was wrongfully titled the Justice Center. This entity is not a Justice Center, this entity was renamed from the Commission on Quality of Care (CQC) and relocated to give an appearance only of change. This entity has a history of close to four decades of making almost everything disappear, including almost all deaths.
According to the New York State Constitution under Article 1 of the Bill of Rights {Equal protection of laws; discrimination in civil rights prohibited} Section 11. It states “No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws of this state or any subdivision thereof.” People with disabilities are equal members of New York State and are supposed to have the exact same rights that every other person of New York State receives and is entitled to. The question would be why would Governor Cuomo and Attorney General Schneiderman continue to treat the disabled differently and unequally? Bypassing 911 and local first responder medical and police services is obviously extremely dangerous and deadly, and this is how most reported deaths of the disabled are easily being covered-up. Independent local authorities are purposefully not notified and kept out of the picture so that key evidence such as independent written medical and police reports are not generated that could be used against New York State or their sub-contracted private providers. New York State has an agreement with all providers regarding hiding and concealing documents and evidence to protect them and their employees from litigation. Some of the motives are quite clear and the agreement they have together is actually called in writing their “coherent oversight scheme” and “carefully cultivated understanding.”
