Dacoll Limited achieves Cyber Essentials certification with IT Governance’s DIY packaged solution

The Cyber Essentials scheme is designed to help organisations set out a baseline of cyber security, which can then be proven by a verified self-assessment questionnaire and (if using a CREST-accredited certification body) an external vulnerability scan of Internet-facing networks and applications.

With the knowledge gained by implementing ISO 27001:2013 we opted for the ‘Do It Yourself’ package and the process was simple to follow.”
The ‘Do It Yourself’ Cyber Essentials package allows organisations to take full control over their Cyber Essentials certification project, while receiving support from IT Governance’s certification service in a transparent and cost-effective manner.
Organisations wishing to set out a baseline of cyber security and achieve certification to the Cyber Essentials scheme can opt for any of the three IT Governance developed packages – ‘Do It Yourself’, ‘Get A Little Help’ or ‘Get A Lot Of Help’. Each packaged solution provides different levels of support to suit any organisation’s needs.
