EEStor Applies for Extension of Warrants


/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/26/16 -- EEStor Corporation (TSX VENTURE: ESU) ("EEStor" or the "Company") announced today that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for acceptance to extend the expiry date of 5,076,922 outstanding common share purchase warrants for an additional two month period to November 15, 2016. Each warrant currently entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.39 per share until September 15, 2016.
