Fourth Annual Backpack Giveaway Project for Kids Makes an Impact in Brooklyn, NY

Nearly 16 million children in the U.S. live in poverty. To help fight the growing statistic and ensure that many children in its immediate reach are set up for educational success, WorldStarHipHop, the leading online entertainment video platform and multi-award winning Hip Hop artists and celebrities such as will help ensure that families in Queens, NY, will have the proper school supplies and backpacks when they send their children off to school this Fall.
Founded by WorldStarHipHop CEO and digital media mogul Lee "Q" O'Denat, the WorldStar Foundation is inviting local families to bring their children to the Jamaica Coliseum Mall in Jamaica Queens, NY on Saturday August 27th between 12pm and 2:30PM to pick up a fully equipped backpack filled with pencils, paper and a plethora of other essential school supplies. O'Denat will return to his native Queens, NY hometown with a number of surprise celebrities and artists to assist in preparing two-thousand K-12 students for the upcoming school year.

One fully equipped backpack will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. In addition to receiving a backpack, each student will be eligible to participate in a free raffle for a chance to win a variety of premium prizes.
