Judges now will choose 3 semi finalists and forward to best-selling author Dirk Cussler to choose the winner.
"It was the largest field we have ever had, and in a specific genre such as adventure writing, we had a great response!" said AWC Director Peter Greene.
The winner will be announced in a ceremony during the Clive Cussler Collector's Society's convention, held in Denver on October 8th.
