Record Breaking Event to Benefit North Coast Community Homes
/EINPresswire.com/ -- WESTLAKE, OH--(Marketwired - July 27, 2016) - Quaker Steak & Lube® is proudly presenting The Ride for the Record Bike event on Sunday, August 28
Ride for the Record will take place in the parking lot at the Hard Rock Rocksino, Northfield Park, where thousands of motorcyclists will join together to attempt a new Guinness World Records® for most motorcycles started simultaneously. The current record is 1,446 motorcycles, set in 2014 in the Philippines.
The event kicks off at 11 am and ends at 5 pm with the record breaking attempt at 2:30 pm. Ride for the Record will feature all day fun and activities including live entertainment from the Spazmatics and stunt bike performances, motorcycle displays, food vendors, raffles, giveaways and prizes.
Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased through www.Ride4Record.org or at the gate. Walk-ins and non-riders are welcome to attend this exciting event. All proceeds will benefit North Coast Community Homes which since 1984 has developed more than 200 customized homes in over 60 Northeast Ohio cities for 1,000 men and women who have developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and other disabilities.
