First Gazprom Neft G-Energy Service station opens in Hungary

Gazpromneft Lubricants, operator of the Gazprom Neft lubricants business, has opened its first technical service station (garage) in Hungary, under the company’s international own-brand G-Energy Service programme. This is the seventh international service station to be opened under the programme.

Located 60 kilometres from Budapest, near the town of Hatvan, the station has capacity to service approximately 30 cars per day.

The G-Energy Service facility is equipped with nine modern oil change points, operated by qualified staff. Lubricants and engine fluids supplied to the station by Gazpromneft Lubricants are designed for various brands of modern cars, both under guarantee, and thereafter. All products supplied are fully compliant with international quality standards.

In addition to this, station staff undertake diagnostics, wheel re-alignment, body work, tyre fitting, replacement of brake pads and batteries, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. The centre offers a comfortable and fully equipped visitors’ area.

As part of its G-Energy Service programme, Gazpromneft Lubricants supports partner service centres working under the G-Energy Service brand in helping source specialist equipment, training staff, and fitting out new service centres.

The programme has already been initiated at more than 30 centres throughout Russia, Italy, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. All centres offer a full range of services, and are equipped with the latest technological equipment, meeting the highest standards of industrial and environmental safety. The G-Energy Service programme is expected to grow throughout Russia, the CIS, Western Europe, the Middle East, and other regions.

Gazpromneft Lubricants CEO Alexander Trukhan commented: “The G-Energy Service programme allows us to provide motorists not only with high-quality lubricants, but also with a consistently excellent level of service everywhere we operate. Initiating the programme in Hungary is a major event, marking a major step forward in developing our company’s international business. Having our own production facilities — in Italy and Serbia — means we are well-placed for operating in the European market. I have no doubt that European motorists choosing G-Energy and Gazprom Neft motor oils will also appreciate the quality offered by G-Energy Service stations.”
