Jeppesen, a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, today announced that it has completed the sale of its marine business to Digital Marine Solutions.  Under Digital Marine Solutions, the former Jeppesen Marine will trade under the C-Map brand name.  

The companies are not disclosing the terms of the sale.
