Rudy's in Greeley is open Sundays through Thursdays from 7AM - 9:30 PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 7 AM - 10:30 PM. Rudy's Bar-B-Q serves their popular breakfast tacos from opening until 10:00AM daily.
