/EINPresswire.com/ -- As the heat rolls in, ASA will be hosting its first annual fundraiser to celebrate the end of the 2015-2016 action-packed snowboard season. The event will take place Wednesday, May 4, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m at Schanks Sports Grill, located in Crowfoot.

The early-bird tickets are $35 per person, while tickets at the door will be sold for $40 per person. This will include light appetizers as well as the ability to participate in a variety of entertaining games including bowling and mini-golf. Since this event is kid friendly till 9 p.m., ASA is encouraging parents to bring their kids with them. There will be numerous opportunities to win great prizes including Camp of Champions sessions, Castle Mountain lift tickets, Lake Louise club passes, accommodation to various hotels in Lake Louise, Banff and Calgary as well as several other items.

In order to continue to provide youth with opportunities to get actively involved in the sport of snowboarding, ASA is encouraging all parents, volunteers, athletes and snowboard enthusiasts to attend this special event. There will also be a video premiere showcasing some of ASA's athletes throughout the year. The video is a reflection of the significance that ASA places on its members and athletes.
