NoDa Day in May is a neighborhood festival, which is steadily becoming a hallmark event in the beginning of May. This year's 5th annual NoDa Day in May will be held on May 7th and the location for the event will be at McDowell and 35th in Charlotte. The event will begin at 1 p.m. and last through the day with an end time of 7 p.m.

All the proceeds from NoDa Day in May will benefit the clients of Crisis Assistance Ministry. Those in attendance are welcome to bring any clothes or household items they no longer use or need as they will find their way into the hands of deserving recipients. There is also much more to enjoy in addition to charity.

NoDa Day in May will feature plenty of fun and enjoyable activities for people of all ages. Several arts and crafts will be on display and also provide children with an afternoon of fun. Games and displays will be set up all along McDowell Avenue. Vendors will bring together lots of unique items for sale along with plenty other local services in attendance.

Food and beverages will be served by three local food trucks, providing a wide selection of tasty afternoon snacks and meals. There will be something for everyone as a day of fun will help the Crisis Assistance Ministry continue to help those in need.
