Bombardier and Fokker Renew Agreement to Support Dash 8/Q Series 100/200/300 Aircraft

- ABACUS FLY program improves cost predictability and parts availability for aircraft operators


/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/26/16 -- Bombardier Commercial Aircraft today announced that it has renewed a strategic alliance with Fokker Services, which is a subsidiary of Fokker Technologies, a GKN Aerospace division, to provide the industry-leading ABACUS FLY program to operators of Dash 8/Q Series 100/200/300 aircraft. The renewal extends the alliance by three years.

Aimed at improving the availability of components and reducing operator's repair and overhaul costs, the program provides customized services on a cost-by-the-hour basis, allowing operators to better manage the life-cycle costs of their aircraft.
