Xylitol Canada Announces Appointment and Resignation of Directors

Mr. Willer has served as Vice-President Sales and Marketing for Xylitol USA Inc. since August, 2011. Previously, Matt was the founder and owner of Progressive Holdings, LLC, a California based, leading direct to consumer producer and marketer of xylitol products in North America, which was purchased by the Company in 2011. Roger Daher, a director of the Company, stated, "We are pleased to have Matt join the board.
