/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/15 -- Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") (LSE: ATMA) has been notified that certain Directors and members of the Executive Committee, acquired ordinary shares of no par value in the Company as set out below, at a price of $5.65 per ordinary share on 25 November 2015 and 26 November 2015.

The acquisition of these ordinary shares was undertaken by each individual pursuant to the irrevocable non-discretionary trading plans previously entered into by the Company's founders and selected members of the Company's management, by way of nominated brokers, to whom they have granted discretion.
