To determine the final list and on behalf of the Tribune, WorkplaceDynamics, a workplace survey and improvement specialist, conducted an engagement survey of Chicago-area employers with at least 100 employees. The survey asked questions related to employee sentiments toward their workplace, using a seven-point scale. The questions focused on issues such as the direction of the company, execution and connection to the company and its mission, which is to provide premium chemistry related products that protect, preserve and enhance consumers' lives and durable goods to help sustain the environment.
