GAINESVILLE, GA, USA, November 16, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- America's Home Place, one of the nation’s top builders of custom homes on clients’ property and in select communities, today announced its participation in 2015’s Toys for Tots drive to provide Christmas toys for children in need. Numerous America’s Home Place locations will participate by acting as official collection points for public donations. This year’s drive aims to be more successful than ever in demonstrating the spirit of Holiday giving.

Toys for Tots is a nationally-recognized program of the United States Marine Corps Reserve with the goal of delivering, through a new toy at Christmas, “a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.” America’s Home Place will be a major collection point for 2015’s Toy Drive. "We’re very proud to partner with the Marine Corp Reserve for a great cause this Holiday season," says Larry Vandiver, the company’s COO. "Even as our business grows throughout the southeast, we consider it our responsibility to support the wonderful communities where our employees live and raise their families."

Founded in 1972 in Gainesville, Georgia, America’s Home Place has constructed thousands of new homes on customer’s land and within select communities throughout the eastern United States. The Company offers a variety of customizable floor plans and hundreds of options in a range of price points, from affordable designs to higher-end custom and vacation homes.

To participate in the event, donors may drop off a new, unwrapped toy at designated America’s Home Place Building Centers. A list of participating locations is available at the Company’s event website. "We hope lots of people will come out and support this effort," adds Vandiver. "It’s a great way to support a great cause during this special time of year."
