New Book About a Cute and Adventuresome Dog
CHIBI––A DOG IN NEW YORK

My name is Chibi, a Japanese word which translates as “Little one,” and that I am, a small (10 pounds) 3-year-old Brussels Griffon dog, very cute and well educated. I was born in New Jersey, just back of Princeton University and now live in New York City, very close to NYU. Consequently, I’m very smart and well educated. It’s no wonder that I have written a book.

All the wonderful things that happen to me since my birth and since I was brought to New York City nearly three years ago are covered in my own whimsical fashion. It has been quite an adventure, covering life in an apartment and the times that I have wandered the exciting streets of the city. I have also traveled to Puerto Vallarta (Mexico), Paris, Tokyo, Rochester (NY) and Toronto. The book has many photos of me with New York and travel sights and sites in the background, photos taken by my Mommy, Chie Hamaguchi Rubinstein.
