August 24, 2015 – Greenwood County, SC– Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of professionals in Greenwood County have joined their program. The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home.

Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with real estate agent Martha Sorrow of RE/MAX along with Lynn Kelley of Churchill Mortgage, Scott Piontek of True Value Home Inspections, LLC, Welborn Adams of Tinsley & Adams Law Firm and Leonard Sieckman of State Farm Insurance. These partners have demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Greenwood County area residents.

Participating realtors donate 25% of their commission as cash back or credits as allowable per the realtor’s state and lenders will provide a minimum $500 credit as allowable per the lenders state. Their team of professionals offer discounted rates to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings up to $5,000.
