August 24, 2015 – Chatham County, GA– Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of professionals in Chatham County, GA have joined their program. The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home.

Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with real estate agents Kim Goode-Mitchell and Emily Pigman of Keller Williams Realty along with Michael Krill with Pinnacle Property Inspections, LLC, Stephen Jackson, Jr. of McManamy Jackson Law and Tonja Hathaway of Guild Mortgage Company. These partners have demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Chatham County area residents.

Participating realtors donate 25% of their commission as cash back or credits as allowable per the realtor’s state and lenders will provide a minimum $500 credit as allowable per the lenders state. Their team of professionals offer discounted rates to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings up to $5,000.
