Baton Rouge Area Real Estate Professionals Pay It Forward with Heroes Home Advantage
June29, 2015, 2015 – Baton Rouge, LA – Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of real estate professionals in the East Baton Rouge parish have joined their program. The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home.


Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with KDK Realty agent Jonathan Summers, lender Brittany Boudreaux of PrimeLending, home inspector Kiel Harton of HDMK Home Inspection, title agent Johnny McKay of Cypress Title, and home insurance agent Tracy Broussard of American National P&C. This team has demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of East Baton Rouge area residents.

The Realtor will donate 25% of his entire company’s commission in cash back or credit as allowable per the Realtor's state, and the lender will provide a $500 credit as allowable per the lender's state. The home insurance agent, home inspector and title agent will also offer discounted rates to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings up to $5,000.
