Community First as Title Sponsor to American Pie 4th of July 2015 at Reynolds Park

The Rotary Club of Orange Park and Green Cove Springs announce the American Pie 4th of July to be held at a new location, Reynolds Park in Green Cove Springs.

ORANGE PARK, FLORIDA, USA, April 27, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Rotary Club of Orange Park and Green Cove Springs announce the American Pie 4th of July will be held on the holiday in 2015 at a new location, Reynolds Park in Green Cove Springs. The event has secured a title sponsor and will become the Community First American Pie 4th of July.

Community First Credit Union, based in Jacksonville with membership open to anyone who lives in Clay, Duval, St. Johns, Baker, Nassau and Putnam counties, will sponsor the event in 2015. Additional current sponsors include Garber AutoMall and the Orange Park Medical Center.

Planned for Saturday, July 4, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. the Community First American Pie 4th of July will feature fun for adults, families and children and the area’s largest fireworks display. A free family fun zone includes games, water slides and rock climbing. Local and area bands, musicians and vocalists will provide free entertainment throughout the day with special guests to be announced closer to the event date.

Food vendors will be plentiful all day and the event will commence with the area’s largest fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. displayed over the St. Johns River. Parking is $10 per car, no matter the number of occupants and admission to the event is free.

"With the ability to park 10,000 cars and with unrivaled attractions, entertainment and events throughout the day, we expect a very large crowd to come from Orange Park, greater Clay County as well as Fleming Island, St. Johns County and Palatka. The Reynolds Park location on the St. Johns River offers a great fireworks presentation venue that will be launched from pier 1 at the park."
