A night of appreciation for Avilla Hospitality business units’ leaders

TABANAN, BALI, INDONESIA, February 17, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- This first ever event by Avilla Hospitality was being held on Monday, 16th of February 2015 at 6.30 pm until around 10 pm. Hosted at Puri Taman Sari Mengwi, Dusun Umabian, Desa Peken, Kecamatan Marga, Tabanan, the event was full of Balinese touch as the original character of Avilla itself as a local company in Bali. The original character of Bali is showed from the dress code of the participants, the decoration, and dance as well as the music performance, the food itself, even the choice of the venue that represents the authentic Balinese culture.

The Av1lla Champions Night was involving 23 persons from Board of Directors, General Manager, and Executive Committee of Avilla Hospitality and all business units’ leaders, including Operations Manager, Hotel Managers, and General Managers.

“This first event will be the milestones for Avilla Hospitality to do the same event every year as the appreciation event to all business units’ leaders and of course with more interesting form and surprising gifts. Hopefully with this appreciation night, the business managers will be more motivated in making even more lucrative businesses on 2015,” explains Darma Suyasa, the General Manager of Avilla Hospitality.

All Avilla business units’ leaders are welcomed by BOD and Executive Committee and followed by Barung Bangkung and Panyembrama dance as the welcoming procession to all the participants. Fresh coconut water was accompanying all the participants while they were enjoying the performances. Opening prayer was conducted by Gus Suranata, the Human Capital Manager of Avilla Hospitality, followed by Henry Setiono as Director of Operations of Avilla Hospitality for the welcoming speech.

The main show of the event was the announcement of the best achievement Group Business Manager and General Manager, bonus achievement, and the best groufie challenge, and also the best dress code. The event was closed by dinner together accompanied by Joget Bumbung performance and not to forget is the obligatory wine toast.
