In this year program, Dubai Municipality is partnering with International Association for Food Protection ( IAFP) to host their 3rd symposium on Food Safety in the Middle East, International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), The International Commission on Microbiological Specification for Foods ( ICMSF) and the Institute of Food technologists (IFT) for a spectacular conference program this year. The show will feature several scientific symposia, technical workshops, poster sessions and exhibition over a period of 4 days from the 8th to the 11th of November, 2014. More than 2000 delegates are expected to attend the Ninth edition of the Dubai International Food Safety Conference.
