David Shulick attended the University of Delaware, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance in 1991. He sent on to attend the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where he received honors and awards upon his graduation in 1994. He was named a Philadelphia Magazine and Pennsylvania Lawyer "Superlawyer – Rising Star" for several years.
