Kadmos Consultants To Host Immigration Workshop 'Introduction to Tier 2 Sponsorship'
Kadmos Consultants, a London-based firm of Immigration and Nationality lawyers, will be running a workshop for prospective employers of migrant workers in the UK. The workshop will offer an overview of the Tier 2 sponsorship system which will help employers avoid mistakes and non-compliance penalties when hiring a migrant worker from outside the EU.
The workshop may be of interest to business owners and HR professionals responsible for recruitment. The programme is designed for those businesses who have either just received their sponsorship licence and are unsure of the next steps, or those who are considering the possibility of employing migrants from outside the European Union, but are not yet sure how the system works or whether they will succeed in getting the necessary permissions.
Immigration lawyers from Kadmos will explain the basic flow chart of the process of employing migrants and will aim to give prospective employers a clear overview of the Tier 2 sponsorship system.
The workshop will address the requirements for a sponsorship licence, the procedures associated with issuing and assigning certificates of sponsorship, general requirements of the resident labour market test, and principles of the Sponsor Management System.
