Phoenix, AZ—Trucking and logistics acquisition firm, Ahern and Associates, LLC has recently come to terms with Connecticut based ParcelPort, LLC., a third party logistics and warehousing company, to assist in their strategic acquisition plans which involves entering into the field of transportation and expanding their warehousing capabilities.
Ahern and Associates and their CEO, Andy Ahern are renowned for their broad depth of industry knowledge and skill in creating markets within transportation and will work with ParcelPort to locate two profitable acquisition targets which meet ParcelPort's requisites.
ParcelPort is currently seeking a domestic brokerage forwarding company with revenues between $4MM to $10MM, non-geographic specific. Additionally, ParcelPort aims to increase their warehousing capabilities through the acquisition of a 3PL shared warehousing company operating in one to two markets with revenues in the $3MM to $5MM range.
