Happy Nails Wins Three Consecutive Talk of the Town Awards for Customer Satisfaction

Bellingham nail salon earns high marks for customer satisfaction, winning three Talk of the Town Awards in three consecutive years.

/EINPresswire.com/With a jump during the past three years to a 4.5-star rating for customer satisfaction, Happy Nails has earned its third straight CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Beauty & Spas — Nail Salons category.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CMUS Power Rating™. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Bellingham nail salon, Happy Nails, has been providing nail and waxing services to the local community for years. Thu Khong purchased the salon in April 2007 and grew the business from two employees to 10 manicurists today. In November, the salon will be moving to a larger location at 117 Samish Way, offering double the space to serve clients.

Happy Nails is open seven days a week and is expanding its services with the new location, offering 14 pedicure chairs, 12 nail stations, one facial room, one waxing room, two massage rooms and two hair stations.

As the salon grows, Khong and her team continue to place a high priority on customer service. The three consecutive Talk of the Town Awards for customer satisfaction demonstrate that commitment. "We try to make the customer feel comfortable, relaxed and happy when they come to see us," says Khong. "We do our best to give them high-quality, friendly service."

The salon also stays current on trends and techniques in the industry to benefit customers. "We strive, as our name implies, to make the customers happy with new ideas, designs and colors," says Khong. "Our staff is trained to keep up on the latest techniques."

Khong and the team at Happy Nails are proud of their accomplishments, winning three consecutive Talk of the Town Awards. Additionally, the salon was voted Best Manicure and Pedicure in 2011 by Bellingham Alive! magazine and KOMO news, too.

Currently the salon is located at 137 Samish Way in Bellingham, but will be moving to 117 Samish Way in November. For more information or to inquire about salon hours and services, please call 360-671-7836 or go online to www.happynailsbellingham.com.
