The Gazprom Neft filling station network totals approximately 1,400 filling stations throughout Russia and the CIS. The network’s extensive geographic range, coupled with the highly advantageous location of the company’s Omsk, Moscow and Yaroslavl refineries, continue to ensure Gazprom Neft’s leading position in the wholesale and retail markets of western Siberia and central Russia.
Gazprom Neft filling stations recognised at 2016 “Consumer Rights and Service Quality Awards”
The Gazprom Neft filling station network has been recognised for the third time at the annual 2016 “Consumer Rights and Service Quality Awards”, receiving awards for two nominations — for “Retail Services” (in the “Filling Stations” category) and for “Consumer Choice”.
The “Consumer Rights and Service Quality Awards” are an annual consumer awards ceremony recognising the most successful initiatives in consumer rights, goods and services, initiated by the Social Projects and Programs Foundation in cooperation with the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, the Moscow City Government, the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship, the Retail Companies’ Association (AKORT), and other public organisations. More than 250 Russian companies have taken part in the awards over the course of their history, being held in 2016 for the seventh time. Of these, only three entrants have ever been received a first-place award three times.
Alexander Krylov, Head of Regional Sales Directorate, Gazprom Neft, commented: “The fact that the Gazprom Neft filling station network has, for the third time, won first place for ‘Consumer Rights’ testifies to the high operational standards of our retail network. We invest considerable resources in making sure our clients are offered high-quality fuels, a rewarding loyalty programme, and convenient service. Receiving this award is compelling evidence that we are consistently on-trend, identify with motorists’ needs, and keep our finger on the pulse.”
The Gazprom Neft filling station network was in 2015 ranked among the country’s top two companies in terms of marketing performance in its regions of operation by market research organisations TNS and Nielsen. The Gazprom Neft “On Our Way” initiative is today the most popular and widely subscribed loyalty programme of all of Russia’s fuel retailers, used by more than 6.4 million motorists.
